Despite how well a parcel is packaged, there is always the chance damage may occur. If an item arrives damaged please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can get the gears turning with the shipping company. Below are the steps for a damaged shipment claim:
List the item(s) that were damaged and/or lost
Email a picture of boxed item as well as unpacked damaged item to email@example.com
We will e-mail a return shipping label
A claim may take up to 6 weeks before a reimbursement is paid
Shipping totals include the following charges - Actual Shipping Cost plus an additional fee to cover Insurance Coverage, Package Tracking, Signature & Delivery Confirmation, Email Notification, Boxes & Packing Material, Fuel Surcharges, Flyers/Brochures, and Labor Cost. International buyers are responsible for ALL duty & taxes their country imposes.
Shipping cutoff is 12 noon Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for all parcels and all shipping speeds
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (520-882-2821) for a RMA. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Returned items without an RMA number will be refused. When returning an item, it is recommended to insure the parcel for full value.
Non Special Order items
1-10 days - There is a 0% restock fee on all unused/new items received within 10 calendar days from invoice date.
11-30 days - There is a 10% restock fee on all unused/new items received within 11-30 calendar days from invoice date.
31-60 days - A 25% restock fee applies for unused/new items received within 31-60 calendar days from invoice date.
61+ days - No returns will be accepted after this point
Special Order items
These items are subject to a 50% cancelation fee starting on the first day the order was placed.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice.
The invoice will be noted "Special Order" for all special order items.
Special Order items are mainly, but not limited to, parts imported from outside the USA.
We do not ship, nor accept, Cash On Delivery packages
For returns, shipping is nonrefundable in either direction unless a shipping/order error occurred on iA-Performance's end.
Orders that are refused on the customers end are still subject to the above return rules
E-Tunes are non refundable
iA-Performance reserves the right to refund anyone’s money at any given time as well as the right to refuse products and service to anyone.
