Where I'm stationed, there are no dynos or tuners. So I decided to use an OTS tune but was not satisfied with the results. My car still felt like it had more to give, it still had rough spots throughout the rev range, and just didn't feel safe. I decided an etune would be my best bet but was weary of how etuning would affect my car. I stumbled upon iaperformance on a few boards with nothing but great reviews so I decided to try them. They first sent me a base map to data log and it was all great from there! It was interesting to see that my car was running better already and the data logs proved it. But wait, it gets better from here. Stephen from iaperformance looked at my data logs and fine tuned a revised map that brought my car to life! The torque and power was felt in every gear throughout the rev range! Boost built up low, peaked, and remained constant. The car wasn't jerky at all and went up to speed pretty quick! After Stephen looked at my second data log and saw that everything was still safe he did one more tweak to squeeze out a little more torque and finalized my map. Overall my experience with iaperformance was second to none. Stephen was there to answer questions and provided feedback extremely quick. He knows what he's doing and he'll work with you every step of the way until your car is tuned for performance with safety in mind and you are completly satisfied. I would recommend his invaluable expertise in etuning for anyone seeking performance and great customer service that is second to none!
