Your shipping total includes the following charges - UPS or USPS Actual Shipping Cost plus an additional fee to cover Insurance Coverage, Package Tracking, Signature & Delivery Confirmation, Email Notification, Boxes & Packing Material, Fuel Surcharges, Flyers/Brochures, and Labor Cost. International buyers are responsible for ALL duty & taxes their country imposes.
All return inquires must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org of via phone at 520-882-2821 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping back. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Returned items arriving to our facility without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender. When shipping back items it is highly recommended to insure them for full value incase any unforeseen events occur. Shipping is nonrefundable in either direction. This is unless the shipping/order error is IA Performance’s fault, In which case we will credit you the shipping amount on your next Order. In the event you change your mind on an unshipped non Special Order item (within 5 days of ordering) you may cancel for a 5% return fee. After the 5 days a 35% return fee applies. Special Order items are subject to a 50% cancelation fee, regardless of cancelation date. For any unused/New parts that have been shipped a restocking fee of 35% applies. The following is only applicable for Used JDM parts sold by us, If you have used the part and it is deemed by us to be resalable, via photos, you may return it for a return fee of 35%. All credit forms will be issued in check form to the original purchaser, no exceptions.

- Orders that are refused on the customers end are still subject to a 35% restocking fee
- No returns on Special Order items, this includes ALL motors and transmissions
- No items may be returned after 30 days of receiving.
We reserve the right to refund anyone’s money at any given time as well as reserving the right to refuse products and service to anyone.
Although we pack our parts securely, damage is still possible. If your item shows up damaged do not sign for the item. If you sign for the item you must contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can get the gears turning with the shipping company. What is required from you is: -List the item(s) that are damaged and/or lost-Email a picture of boxed item as well as unpacked damaged item to email@example.com -We will have the shipper pick up the damaged item, do not ship the item back to us-A claim may take up to 6 weeks before a reimbursement check is paid to us, and then mailed to you.
