Order Process 

All advertised prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time.Once an order has been placed via phone or through the website the customer will be contacted with an electronic Order confirmation. This electronic confirmation does not represent our acceptance of your Order, nor does it symbolize confirmation of our offer to sell.  IA Performance reserves the right to refuse business to anyone at any given point regardless of circumstances. Based on current stock levels IA Performance also reserves the right to fulfill/ship Orders in partial form until the full Order is filled. IA Performance shall retain all ownership of all Orders which are not paid for in full.  By placing an order with IA Performance you have agreed to enter into a contract to purchase said items. Your credit card will be charged without delay. Please allow at least 24 hours for an order to be processed and sent to our shipping department for fulfillment/in-stock status update. For express (overnight) shipments please contact us at 520-882-2821The advertised shipping prices are estimated costs. Final shipping costs will be charged once Orders are received. This mainly applies to large items such as motors, transmissions, hoods, and other large body parts. IA Performance accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX), Paypal electronic payment, check, cash, or bank fund transfers($20 additional fee). All payments must be in US currency. As an ongoing effort to combat fraud IA Performance will only ship Orders to the credit card billing addresses (or paypal verified addresses) The customer may phone their credit card carrier to add their work or school addresses to the billing address list. After doing so we may then ship to either of these addresses. Lastly, remember to always include your credit card customer service number to help aid us in expediting your order. 8.1% AZ sales tax will be added to any order shipped to a AZ address. All special order items require 100% payment once ordered. 

Your shipping total includes the following charges - UPS or USPS Actual Shipping Cost plus an additional fee to cover Insurance Coverage, Package Tracking, Signature & Delivery Confirmation, Email Notification, Boxes & Packing Material, Fuel Surcharges, Flyers/Brochures, and Labor Cost. International buyers are responsible for ALL duty & taxes their country imposes.

Return Policy 

All return inquires must contact us at orders@iaperformance.com of via phone at 520-882-2821 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping back. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Returned items arriving to our facility without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender.  When shipping back items it is highly recommended to insure them for full value incase any unforeseen events occur. Shipping is nonrefundable in either direction. This is unless the shipping/order error is IA Performance’s fault, In which case we will credit you the shipping amount on your next Order. In the event you change your mind on an unshipped non Special Order item (within 5 days of ordering) you may cancel for a 5% return fee. After the 5 days a 35% return fee applies. Special Order items are subject to a 50% cancelation fee, regardless of cancelation date. For any unused/New parts that have been shipped a restocking fee of 35% applies. The following is only applicable for Used JDM parts sold by us, If you have used the part and it is deemed by us to be resalable, via photos, you may return it for a return fee of 35%. All credit forms will be issued in check form to the original purchaser, no exceptions.  

• We DO NOT except any freight collect packages
• Orders that are refused on the customers end are still subject to a 35% restocking fee
• No returns on Special Order items, this includes ALL motors and transmissions
• No items may be returned after 30 days of receiving.

We reserve the right to refund anyone’s money at any given time as well as reserving the right to refuse products and service to anyone. 

Shipping Damage  

Although we pack our parts securely, damage is still possible. If your item shows up damaged do not sign for the item. If you sign for the item you must contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can get the gears turning with the shipping company. What is required from you is: -List the item(s) that are damaged and/or lost-Email a picture of boxed item as well as unpacked damaged item to orders@iaperformance.com -We will have the shipper pick up the damaged item, do not ship the item back to us-A claim may take up to 6 weeks before a reimbursement check is paid to us, and then mailed to you. 

Warranty

All New parts come with their manufacturer warranty. IA Performance do not offer any of their own warranties, nor are responsible for the product defects or failures due to installation. Please note that every product sold through IA Performance is intended for race use only, which is also suggested by the manufacturers. IA Performance is not responsible for shipping costs involved with a manufacturer warranty item. It is suggested to have the warranty handled directly by the customer to the manufacturer. Also, please consult with your local State laws prior to installing any of these parts, some are considered illegal in certain states.

Transmissions supplied by iA Performance Transmissions are warrantied for 30 days from date of shipping departure, please note your tracking information, not date of arrival, but date of departure. iA Performance will replace/fix internal damage during this time period with the exception to items broken due to strain/racing/etc. Items not covered are namely stripped gears, but not limited to.  This limited warranty will not cover labor costs for removal/installation of transmission nor tear down labor by foreign shops.

Our products are intended solely for offroad use only and never for city streets or highway use.
